Coke bucket traverser is developed by NSE for the existing Coke Oven that has no space for CDQ and CDQ has to be set up in the middle of batteries. On the other hand, it is also for 4 batteries in a line, CDQs shall be set up in the position of intermedium platform, and these two CDQs are mutual standby with each other, it can also save the cost of building up one set of CWQ.

The structure of this device is compact, and its application is safe and reliable, it seldom causes impact on the production of coke oven during construction of CDQ. At present, this type of device is used in the coke oven plants of KANSAI Thermochemistry and MURORAN Steel Plant in Japan, and successfully used in the coke plants of Baogang, Shougang, Qian’an Zhonghua Coal-Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Iron & Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. in China.
