Cross sliding type device of coke tank is a proper technology which is developed by NSEC for two conditions. One is that there is no place for arranging CDQ on the top of coke oven of the constructed coke plant, it needs put CDQ in the middle of the coke oven; the other is that to arrange the 4 coke ovens in a row with considering two sets of CDQ in reserve, CDQ should be arranged on the table among the 4 coke ovens to save a set of coke wet quenching.

The structure of this device is compact, the using of it is save and dependable. On constructing CDQ, there nearly is no affection on constructed coke oven. At present, this device has been using in the coke plants of KANSAI Thermochemistry and MURORAN Steel Plant in Japan, and also successfully uses in the coke plants of Baogang, Shougang, Qian’an Zhonghua Coal Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. in China.
