Signing the Contract of the Project of CDQ with the Capacity of 150t/h

Associated with the Project of 1.20 Million Tones of Coking Annually

at Phase Two for Guangxin Shenglong Metallurgy Co., Ltd.

With the rich experience of general contracting, solid technological strength and strong credibility, our company has successfully entered into the general contracting of the project of the second CDQ with 150t/h on May 25,2014 after the completion of the CDQ with 150t/h associated with the project of 1.20million tones of coking annually at the phase one for Guangxin Shenglong Metallurgy Co., Ltd..

Guangxi Shenglong Metallurgy Co., Ltd. is intended to build 2 x 60 holes 6m of coke ovens with top charging, and annual output of coke dry quenching is 1.20million tons, with 136.8 tons of coke per hour. One associated CDQ plant with the capacity of 150t/h will be constructed, with annual power generation of 174.5×10⁶kWh .

The general contracting consists of the following items;

one set of CDQ plant with 150t/h, one main control building for CDQ, one house for auxiliary units of CDQ, one environmental dedusting system for CDQ, one power station (including main controlling center for PS), one pump station for circulating water, one demineralized water station (including water purifying unit), one station for changeover of locos and maintenance of coke bucket, as well as associated power supply, instrumentation, automation, communication in the area of CDQ plant, and dewatering, fire fighting, safety, sanitation, illumination , and also integrated pipelines within the red line.

       Signing the contract means only the first step for implementation of the contract. Each functional department in our company, in the philosophy of “accomplishing the quality products for the client”, will work harder to make model project for Shenglong company once again .
