260t/h large-scale CDQ of Shougang Jingtang Iron & Steel United Co., Ltd.

The processing capacity of Large-scale CDQ of Shougang Jingtan Iron & Steel United Co., Ltd. is 260t/h, the steam output is 151t/h (The maximum processing capacity of large-scale CDQ is 280t/h). The device was went into production on May 19th 2009. The large-scale CDQ has been making contributions to save energy and reduce emission for Shougang Jingtang Company, and has become a green card in Caofeidian scientific development demonstration area.
 
 
Construct large-scale CDQ, reflect green steel concept
Nippon Steel Engineering Co., Ltd does a sufficient analysis in connection with the problems on constructing 250t/h CDQ of German Kaiserstuhl Coke Plant. And according to do simulation test, 1/10 model test, and 1 to 1 model test again and again, they have researched development and has improved technology on CDQ technique. Finally, they have exploited the large-scale CDQ whose the maximum processing capacity is to 280t/h (Jingtang project is 260t/h), the steam production is over 150t/h CDQ system, and using a lot self development technologies such as high temperature and high pressure natural circulation boiler on the super large-scale CDQ.
This kind of large-scale CDQ technology is developed and researched by NSCE to match along with 7.63m boiler, which is lead into China at first. According to the original CDQ technology, per group 7.63m boiler must support two sets of CDQ devices. After charging into super large-scale, it only needs one set. Therefore, the super large-scale has become an epoch-making commodity for realizing China recycling economy.
 
Benefits after construction
The amount of steam generated per annual: approx 1.1MTPA (by normal production)
Generated electrical capacity with above mentioned steam: approx 0.3MWPA (considered by condensing condition)
The amount of CO2 emission reduction per annual: approx 0.24MTPA (calculated by CDM method)
