The processing capacity of Large-scale CDQ for Shougang Jingtang Iron & Steel United Co., Ltd is 260t/h, and the steam output is 151t/h (the maximum processing capacity of large-scale CDQ is up to 280t/h). Four sets of CDQ were constructed for Shougang Jingtang Iron & Steel United Co., Ltd, and they were put into production in May 2009, January 2010, July 2017 and May 2019 respectively. They have made huge contribution on energy conservation and emission reduction for Shougang Jingtang Iron & Steel United Co., Ltd and have become a green name card of demonstration area of scientific development for Caofeidian.
Nippon Steel Engineering carries out research development and improves technologies via doing simulation test, 1/10 model test, and 1 to 1 model test constantly. Finally, the CDQ system was developed which maximum processing capacity is 280t/h, and steam output is more than 150t/h. This equipment uses a lot of cutting-edge technology independently developed by NSE, such as high temperature and high-pressure natural circulation boiler.
The technology of large-scale CDQ is researched and developed by NSE to match 7.63m coke oven, which is firstly introduced to China. According to the original CDQ technology, one set of 7.63m coke oven must be supported by two sets of CDQ. But only 1 Nos of CDQ is required for it after using the large-scale CDQ. Therefore, large-scale CDQ has become an epoch-making commodity for realizing China’s recycling economy.
