一、 Summary

Rotary seal valve (for short is RSV) is a very important equipment for CDQ device, that is installed under the discharging device vibrating feeder, and quantitative discharges the coke which temperature has been cooled to less than 200℃ at average out of CDQ slot, in order to ensure the temperature of discharging coke. It has the good sealing function and stable working condition. The quality of quenched coke is reliable.

Because CDQ device is a hermetic system, it has strict requests on the leaking quantity of circulation gas. And the coke has a stronger scouring to the equipment, therefore, RSV is requested for controlling efficiently on leaking circulation gas and dust outside. At the same time, the liner is requested to have the good abrasion resistance to ensure that the equipment can be operated continuously and stably.

At present, in our country, the most CDQ have adopted RSV which is introduced the import equipment from NSEC, and the price is more expensive. In order to increase the localization rate and further decrease the cost, and be convenient for customer to buy and change the equipment, our company make a decision that to make the RSV localization under the premise of guaranteeing quality.
