On March 6, 2026, the 260t/h CDQ project for Pingxiang Xuyang Energy Co., Ltd., with Beijing Shougang International Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "BSIET") as the EPC contractor and Beijing JC Energy & Environment Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "BJCEEE") as the supplier of equipment and provider of technical services, was successfully put into operation. This significant progress not only marks another achievement for BJCEEE in the field of CDQ technology but also serves as a sincere "New Year Gift," injecting new momentum into the production of Pingxiang Xuyang Energy Co., Ltd. for the new year while adding a new highlight to the low-carbon development of the coking industry.

This project adopts the 260t/h CDQ ultra-large Chamber, with high-temperature and ultra-high pressure primary reheating boiler power generation technology (boiler main steam parameters: P=13.8Mpa, T=540°C; reheated steam parameters: T=540°C). By summarizing CDQ production data and utilizing intelligent algorithms, it ensures the safety and stability of the CDQ waste heat power generation system, achieving an upgrade and iteration of CDQ waste heat boiler power generation technology. Leveraging the advantages of system integration, the company has achieved independent research and development, self-innovation, and owns intellectual property rights. Compared to the second-generation high-temperature and high-pressure waste heat power generation, the comprehensive power generation efficiency has been significantly improved. Based on an annual power generation time of 8,000 hours, the annual power generation increases by 62.4 million kWh, and the annual power generation revenue increases by 31.2 million yuan (calculated at 0.5 yuan/kWh)
