On January 21, 2026, the 190t/h CDQ project of Guizhou Qixin Industrial Co., Ltd., contracted by Beijing Shougang International Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “BSIET”) with equipment procurement and technical services provided by Beijing JC Energy & Environment Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “BJCEEE”), was successfully put into operation. This project marks another new achievement for our company in the energy-saving and environmental protection sector of the coking industry, injecting strong momentum into the industry’s green and low-carbon development.

As the 98th CDQ project successfully delivered by our company, the 190t/h project of Guizhou Qixin strictly adheres to industry norms and technical standards. Depend on the extensive experience accumulated in the steel and metallurgy sectors, high-quality modernized coking project has been achieved. The core construction includes a 190t/h CDQ plant (with a high-temperature, high-pressure natural circulation waste heat boiler), a comprehensive CDQ electrical room, a deaerator and feedwater pump station, a dust removal ground station, a high-sulfur flue gas dust removal ground station, a calcium-based dry desulfurization unit, a CDQ power generation station, a circulating water pump station and cooling tower, a liquid nitrogen facility, a traverser and bucket maintenance station and so on. It is also equipped with supporting systems such as power supply and distribution, electrical instrumentation, automatic control, communications, fire protection, roads, rainwater drainage, lighting, and comprehensive pipeline networks. The integrated modern CDQ production system combines coke handling, waste heat recovery, flue gas purification, and energy utilization, achieving dual improvements in resource utilization efficiency and environmental performance.
