In line with the "Zhongguancun National Innovation Demonstration Zone Regulations on Supporting Funds for Optimizing the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem", the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Science Park launched the 2025 Technology Services Sector Special Project for Enterprise Efficiency Enhancement. It aims to leverage policy guidance and financial support to help technology services enterprises enhance their technological innovation capabilities and professional service levels, thereby providing robust support for scientific and technological innovation and the development of high-precision and sophisticated industries in Beijing. After a rigorous review process, the project application submitted by BJCEEE, titled "Research on Expanding the Application Functions of CDQ Plant", was successfully selected for the first batch of supported projects. This signifies that BJCEEE's new technology in energy conservation and environmental protection sector has gained recognition and support, laying a solid foundation for further market expansion and increased industry influence.

CDQ technology is a crucial part of energy saving and consumption reduction in steel industry. Its technological upgrade is also of great significance for promoting green manufacturing and facilitating industrial transformation. The project "Research on Expanding the Application Functions of CDQ Plant" developed by BJCEEE, aims to supplement energy input into CDQ system.
