On September 16, Mr. Wu Liyun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of BSIET and Mr. Zhu Canpeng, Executive Vice President of BJCEEE, visited Nanjing Steel Corporation and were warmly received by Mr. Zhu Ping, Vice President of Nanjing Steel Corporation, and other leaders.

During the meeting, both parties had in-depth discussions on technological development in the steel industry and energy conservation and emission reduction, etc. Vice President Mr. Zhu Canpeng introduced BSIET’s technological expertise in the metallurgical field and provided a comprehensive overview of BJCEEE's advantages in CDQ technology. In response to the national "Dual Carbon" strategy and to integrate advanced technologies in the CDQ industry, a systematic solution of Full-Dry-Quenching was proposed for the technological transformation project of coke ovens with capacity of 1.7 MTPA. The innovative design focuses on three dimensions: breakthrough in energy efficiency, leading environmental performance, and economics optimization.

In the meeting, Mr. Zhu Ping, Vice President of Nanjing Steel Corporation, spoke highly of the technical capabilities of BSIET and BJCEEE in the industry. He pointed out that the two companies possess significant potential for collaboration in design innovation and engineering practices in the steel industry, and expressed strong recognition for the systematic design solutions and successful performance provided by BSIET and BJCEEE. He hopes that both parties together seize the opportunities of the national "Dual Carbon" strategy to achieve mutual win-win development.
