No.2 CDQ with a capacity of 160t/h project putting into operation For Shandong Rongxin Group Co., Ltd.

On March 27, 2018, the No.2 CDQ project of Shandong Rongxin Group Co., Ltd., one of our EPC projects, was formally put into operation. Management of Shandong Rongxin Group including Chairman Wang Jin, General Manager Si Xiangfang, Deputy General Manager Wu Hailang and Chief Engineer Du Hanshuang came to the site and expressed their congratulations. Our project manager Fu Chengzhong, construction manager Bai Xuedong, and other project department members accompanied.

This project is an energy saving and comprehensive resource utilization project encouraged and strongly supported by the government. It uses inert circulating gas to cool coke, recovers waste heat resources, and is energy-saving and environmental friendly. With the commissioning of the project, the annual power generation capacity is 121×106 kWh, 330,000 tons of 3.82 MPa steam as by-product, the annual standard coal is about 60,000 tons, the ton coke energy consumption can be reduced by 49kgce, and the SO2 emission can be reduced by 26 tons and dust emission can be reduced by 70 tons.

The project broke ground on December 25, 2016, spanning two Spring Festivals and lasting 15 months. On March 27, 2018, at 12:18, the red coke was formally put into operation, air was introduced at 19:59 on the same day, and coke began to be discharged at 21:15. Now it has entered the normal production stage.

During the construction of the project, environmental protection policies have a great impact on the equipment manufacturing progress, delivery schedule and on-site construction progress. With strong support and cooperation from customers, subcontractors and other partners, we have eliminated all difficulties and ensured our customers' construction schedule and environmental protection requirements to the utmost, which will contribute to our customers' energy-saving, emission reduction and green development.
