The overhaul was carried out by our project department consisting of specialists in machinery, heating, refractory, and electricity, who at the same time was also in charge of the project of CDQ with the capacity of 1.5 m.t./p. y. (phase 2) for Jinneng Science & Technology Co., Ltd.. The department did not only take the responsibility for the normal progress of the project, but also assured the second annual overhaul must be completed as scheduled. In that case the time was so limited and the task was so tough. In addition to refractory materials and equipment with the chamber, the overhaul included thoroughly inspecting, testing and checking the circulatory system, boiler system, SDC, circulation gas blower, sub-economizer, blasting device as well as the systems of electricity and automation. The detailed professional reports for the overhaul and suggestions were submitted to the customer. The task of overhaul was completed ahead of time with the efforts made by all staff of the project department.
