Both Beijing Shougang International Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd. ( BSIET) and Beijing JC Energy & Environment Engineering Co., Ltd. (BJCEEE) jointly have taken general contract of one set of CDQ with handling capacity of 155 t/h as well as auxiliary facilities for Shanxi Yongxin Coaling & Coking Co., Ltd., of which makes up of chamber, transporting system for hot coke after dry quenching (including electric locomotive, bucket carriage, lifting charging facilities), waste heat boiler, VVVF in the main controlling room & power distribution with high-low voltage, demineralized water tank, installation of equipment and pipeline, gas circulation system, APS & hydraulic clamping system, corresponding devices for CDQ such as power supply, electric instruments, automation, communications, water supply, all kinds of media, illumination as well as integrate pipe network. The contract for the project was signed on November 1, 2014, under which the owner was responsible for pile foundation construction while civil work commenced on December 15,2014 by our party. Red hot coke was successfully charged on November 29, 2015 and CDQ device was combined to the grid on December 30, 2015.

The construction period for the project is very short. However, the progress and quality for the project are highly appreciated by the owner.
