Cooperation Again!BJCEEE Has Won the Bid of NO. 3 CDQ for Yizhou Technology Co., Ltd.


Recently, Beijing Shougang International Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. has won the bid of “EPC Project Including Design, Equipment Supply & Installation and Commissioning of NO. 3 CDQ for Yizhou Technology Co., Ltd.” after signing the contract of CDQ project for Guizhou Shuigang Company. Beijing JC Energy & Environment Engineering Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as “BJCEEE”) is in charge of design, procurement of set equipment, supervision service of construction & erection, system commissioning, acceptance of project completion, trial run, training and service and so on for this project. This is the second time of recognition of BJCEEE by the customer after 6-years stable running of NO.1 & NO.2 CDQ that were accepted by the customer respectively in Dec., 2018 and Jan., 2019.


This project is a standby CDQ for the existing stamp-charging Coke Oven with 4X65 Chambers (5.5m in height) for 2X1.3 MTPA Coking Plant for Yizhou Technology Co., Ltd. The annual output of total dry quenching coke of 4 Nos of Coke Oven will be approximately 2×1.3 MTPA, with an hourly output of 166t and a tension operation coefficient of 1.07. Two Nos of 180t/h CDQ have already been built. To meet the plant-wide requirement for full CDQ operation, this new 150t/h CDQ will be built as standby, known as No. 3 CDQ. During normal operation, these 3 Nos of CDQ will operate at approximately 60%–70% load. When 1 Nos of CDQ is under maintenance, the other 2 Nos of CDQ will operate at full capacity. The high-temperature and high-pressure steam generated by NO.3 CDQ will be shifted to the exsiting CDQ power station for electricity generation.


The main construction contents include: NO. 3 CDQ (including high-temperature and high-pressure natural circulation waste heat boiler) - 1 Nos, comprehensive electrical room for NO. 3 CDQ - 1 NOS, DFP for NO. 3 CDQ - 1 NOS, ground de-dusting station for NO. 3 CDQ - 1 NOS, ground de-dusting station for high sulfur flue gas for sub-economizer for NO. 3 CDQ - 1 NOS, ground de-dusting station for high sulfur flue gas for coke discharge chute for NO. 3 CDQ - 1 NOS, coke transportation system for NO. 3 CDQ - 1 NOS, 3GX1 junction house and ground de-dusting station for NO. 3 CDQ - 1 NOS, 3GX2 transfer station and ground de-dusting station for NO. 3 CDQ - 1 NOS, intermediate silo and ground de-dusting station for NO. 3 CDQ - 1 NOS respectively, and the renovation for steam and water pipelines in the existing pipe gallery, and the corresponding power supply and distribution, electrical instruments, automation control, communication, fire protection, roads, rainwater and drainage, lighting, and comprehensive pipeline network within CDQ area.
