Recently, the Contract of CDQ Project for Structural Adjustment of Coking System (Phase I) for High-quality Development of Shougang Shuigang Steel Co., Ltd. was signed by Beijing Shougang International Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Optical Valley Environmental Science and Technology Co., Ltd. Beijing JC Energy & Environment Engineering Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as “BJCEEE”) takes charge of the design, procurement of set equipment, supervisory service for installation, system commissioning, completion acceptance, trial run and training. We are always insisting on the principle of customer focus, putting the customer’s needs and interest in priority. Before submission of tender, we made sufficient investigation & analysis, and elaborate scheme. Eventually, we successfully won the tender by good fame, strong technological power and abundant experiences in the industry.

The building scale of this project is 1.6 MTPA as total Coke Dry Quenching, 0.8 MTPA in Phase I and 0.8 MTPA in Phase II.

New constructed coke oven is top-charged with 2X65 chambers, and equipped with 3X110t/h CDQ and 30MW Turbine Power Station. One 7m top-charged coke oven with 1X65 Chambers will be constructed in Phase I, equipped with 1×110t/h CDQ and 30MW Turbine Power Station.

The main construction contents are: 1 Nos of 110t/h CDQ(includes high temperature high pressure natural circulated waste heat boiler), 1 Nos of CDQ coke conveying system (includes coke screening tower, coke sampling device, coke conveying system to No.2 coke junction house beneath coke screening tower (includes renovation for the tail of NO.2 coke junction house), 1 Nos of comprehensive electric room (includes 35kV transformer substation) for CDQ and power station, 1 Nos of anti-explosion cabinets room, 1 Nos of CDQ DFP station, 1 Nos of CDQ ground level dedusting station, 1 Nos of ground level dedusting station for high-sulphur flue gas, 1 Nos of dedusting station for J101 junction house, 1 Nos of ground level dedusting station for upper portion of coke screening tower, 1 Nos of ground level dedusting station for lower portion of coke screening tower, 1 Nos of Calcium-based dry desulfurization device, 1 Nos of power station, 1 Nos of renovation of circulation water pump station (excludes replacing of packing), 1 Nos of DM water station, 1 Nos of maintenance hoist and bucket repairing station, and power supply & distribution, electrical instrumentation, automation control, communication, fire protection, roads, rainwater drainage, lighting, and integrated pipeline network within the corresponding CDQ area and ground improvement works.

The generator grid-connection plan shall be developed by Party B through commissioning the power supply bureau to prepare the "Grid Connection System Design" and shall be responsible for its construction. Design and construction of site hardening, roads, and rainwater drainage within the red line boundary of CDQ; and truck transportation passage and ground hardening beneath the coke screening tower.
