Good Start in the Year of Dragon
----- Successful signing of contract of Guangxi Shenglong Metallurgy Co., Ltd. 150t / h CDQ project
Working hard won us a good start in the Year of Dragon. With affluent EPC experience, strong technical force and high degree of credibility, our company successfully signed the EPC contract of Guangxi Shenglong Metallurgy Co., Ltd 150t/h CDQ project for its 1.2 million tons/year coking plant on 10th, February 2012.
Guangxi Shenglong Metallurgy Co., Ltd built a new 2×60 holes 5.5m tamping coke oven, with an annual output of dry coke 1.2339 million tons and hour output of coke140.85 tons. The supporting construction is one set of 150t/h CDQ device, with an annual generated energy capacity of 136.62×106 kWh and heating oil pumping capacity of 289,800 tons. The content of this EPC contract: 150t/h CDQ proper (including high temperature and high pressure natural circulation waste heat boiler, primary dust catcher, secondary dust catcher, circulating fan, sub-economizer, and red coke transportation system, etc), the CDQ main control room, CDQ auxiliary room, CDQ environmental dedusting ground station, CDQ coke transportation system, power station, circulating water pump station, demineralizing water station, platform of tractor, and coke bucket maintenance station, etc, relevant power distribution and supply, electric & instruments, automation control, communication, water supply and drainage in CDQ area, fire protection, lighting, and integrated pipe network in the range of red line.
Our company actively researches and develops the corresponding technology of CDQ according to the characteristics of tamping coke oven, and we succeeded on the 140t/h CDQ project in Dafeng. This will be further practiced in Guangxi Shengolong 150t/h CDQ project. This is also a good opportunity to correct the biased understanding of domestic tamping coke oven.
The successfully signed contract of Guangxi Shenglong Metallurgy Co., Ltd 1.2 million tons/year coke plant supporting construction of 150t/h CDQ project is our company’s first CDQ project in Guangxi and it will become a CDQ plant with high rate, stable operation and outstanding benefit in Guangxi area. This is an encouraging step forward for our company’s development in southern market.
The successful signing of contract is the first step to fulfill the contract. All departments of the company will follow the philosophy of “Achievements in quality for customers”, and work hard to build a modeled CDQ plant in northern part of Guangxi waterfront industrial core area.
