The red coke charging ceremony of CDQ project for Fangda Special Steel Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was held at 10:58 am on 16^th November, 2010. The general contract of this project was signed on 30^th July, 2009. It lasted for 15 months and 16 days from signing to put into production. It is 14 days ahead of contract schedule to put into production under the strong support from the leader and various departments of Fangda Special Steel Science and Technology Co., Ltd, also the joint efforts from project department and the cooperation unit.

So we are trying our best to reduce the invest fee on dismantling and reconstructing and overcome the problem appearing during the construction period. The technicians of both sides have discussed and argued many times and designed many layout schemes.There is an old proverb in China “Honing gives a sharp edge to a sword, and bitter cold adds keen fragrance to plum blossom.” All the technical workers and constructors worked very hard during the 466 days and nights.
