On 3rd February, 2010, the joint venture officially signed a general contract with Longmen Coal Chemical Industry Co., Ltd, which is about design and construct 2 sets of CDQ plant, with each capacity of 160t/h. The proposed two sets of CDQ plant match with four sets of 5.5m stamping coke oven which was newly built by Shanxi Longmen Coal Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. The construction scale is: rated capacity is 2x160t/h(maximum is 2x170t/h), actual capacity is 2x157.5t/h. The project adopt mid-temperature and mid-pressure exhaust-heat boiler with 2x94.4t/h steam output, and dispose extraction condensing steam turbine generating unit with mid-temperature and mid-pressure, which is 2x15MW (extraction volume is 2x40t/h). The annual power generation of this plant is 2×110.95×106 kWh, and the annual production steam is 2x33.12 ten thousand tons. The project is under the current market situation, and Joint Venture wins the approval of owner through the fierce competition, by displaying specialized superiority fully with optimized program. This is the first time for BJCEEE to construct CDQ plant in Shanxi province since the company has been established , which changed non-CDQ history in Shaanxi province. Signing this project has very vital significance on further developing the CDQ market in Shaanxi Province and even in the northwest for BE3.
